Who are you?

- What has been your biggest challenge as an artist?
Realizing where I want to be. Is this a life choice or a hobby? Taking the realization that I might NOT be that next big artist, but I shouldn’t focus on that and I should focus just on being me.
- What’s the hardest part of producing tearout?
The competition. There are so many artists/DJs now. I’m also older than some of the head runners now so just doing my own thing.
- What inspires your sound outside of music?
My life for sure! I still make music based on my past experience. Even being in a happier place, I really try to remember how I felt in that moment. Wanting to let my emotions out.
- What’s been your craziest show so far?
KAYZO in Boston was so much fun to play. But at the same time, being direct support for Zomboy where he was the only other one on the lineup really paved the way for my career. I was able to show the audience what I was capable of.
- What’s your biggest goal in the next year?
To be honest, I’ve come to the realization of not setting goals, yet just trying to perform and be the best I could be. All artists have goals like play festivals or open for a certain artists. I still have that, but I also want to tell myself if we don’t get there we’re still on the way. There’s no deadline.
- What’s been your biggest obstacle as an artist?
For me, it’s time. I have a full time job that takes a lot of my time. I love it, but I also can’t spend as much time on music as I wish I could.
- Dream festival lineup?
Lost lands. Hands down.
- Dream collaboration?
There’s multiple. Sullivan King has been my inspiration since the beginning. Same with Vastive. But since I’ve grown I love making melodic music so doing a heavy melodic song with slander or seven lions would also be a dream to me.
- What can your fans expect from you in the next six months?
More song releases. I’ve been quiet the last couple months. But I’ve been quiet because I have probably about 6-7 new tracks that are all 80-90% complete.
- Where can fans support you besides streaming?
I’m mostly on IG, Twitter, and SoundCloud. I’d love to have more of an audience on Spotify and Apple Music. However, I feel like today’s day and age with our type of music, SoundCloud is the go to.
